Flowers By Ceci was born from a simple belief: that the right arrangement can say what words sometimes can't. Located in the heart of Oxnard on North Victoria Avenue, our shop has become a neighborhood favorite for anyone who wants flowers that feel personal, fresh, and thoughtfully made.
Every stem is selected by hand, every bouquet is tied with care, and every delivery is treated like it's going to someone we love. That's the Ceci difference.

The sympathy arrangement for my grandmother's service was absolutely beautiful — elegant, tasteful, and exactly what our family needed. Thank you for making a hard day a little easier.
